Dating apps like Grindr, OkCupid and Tinder are sharing users’ private information — including their places and intimate orientations — with potentially hundreds of shadowy third-party companies, a new report has discovered.

The Norwegian customer Council, a government-funded non-profit company, stated it discovered “severe privacy infringements” with its analysis of online advertising businesses that track and profile smartphone users.
